Massive undertaking! I feel like a murderer, the poor lawn, but I'm assured it will all be okay in the end.
Since this lot used to be a military lookout tower during the War of 1812, I thought they might uncover some artifacts during the dig, but sadly no.
This week's update: the new septic tank and bed are going in! I'm sorry to tear up the lovely lawn, but it will be nice to be able to do things like, you know, run the washing machine.
One and a half days and almost $4000 just to install the thing. And that is all I need to say about that.
